Take the road less traveled

The fourth annual Somerset Stampede, Half Marathon and 5K Run & 5K Walk will take place Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 7:30 a.m. at Somerset Beach Campground (located behind Lake Le Ann Golf Course just off US12 four miles west of US127).

Both routes feature a combination of scenic roads and trails around beautiful Mission Lake. An upbeat finish line, including live music, swimming and great food awaits all finishers! Lodging and camping available on-site and nearby.

Both courses are certified and challenging with split times, water stations, and enthusiastic support throughout.

Awards: Overall & Masters, Top three M & F in each age group:

14 & under, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34-35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-66, 67 & up
Post Race Refreshments / Professionally Timed / Walk non-judged
Music / Swimming / Food

Registration is $20 per person or $25 the day of the event, proceeds benefit Somerset Beach.
